Straightforward assembly

We recently purchased a dog crate from Koozi and overall we’re really happy with it.

When assembling it, I couldn’t find the included hardware anywhere. The instructions said it was in Box 1, but I searched high and low with no luck. I emailed Koozi support and Matt called me back lightning fast, which I really appreciated. Great customer service. Before I had the chance to call him back, I eventually found the hardware, turns out for WA orders it was packed in Box 2 instead. Not a big deal in the end, just something to be aware of.

Assembly was straightforward and easy once everything was laid out. The crate itself is very well made, sturdy, and looks super aesthetic in our home.

Our older pug loves it, and wants to claim it as her own, but ultimately it’s for our new cavoodle puppy. It fits its purpose perfectly and feels like it will last.

Overall, really happy with the purchase and impressed with the customer support.

We bought a Koozi for our very anxious dachshund and she loves it! We ordered it on a Saturday and it arrived on the Monday. It was easy to assemble and well made. It looks great and our dashie now has a safe and comfortable spot to retreat to. We are super happy with this crate.

Love this set!

Love this set! It’s easy to clean with its 3-part design, and is a stylish addition to our home. It’s also heavy enough, made of that beautiful marble, that Warren can’t push it around the room. Should he shove it a bit, the bottom plate that the bowl sits inside, is covered in a quality felt so it won’t scratch the floor! I’m so pleased with this purchase. ❤️
