Warranty Coverage
Koozi Pets provides a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty applies solely to defects from faulty workmanship.
The warranty period for Crates purchased from Koozi is one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a replacement Crate or part is provided, it will inherit the remaining warranty of the original item or one year from the replacement date.During the warranty period, Koozi Pets will replace any products or parts of the crate that are proven to be defective due to improper material or workmanship, only. Repairs and/or replacements are provided at no charge to you, for eligible warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper assembly or not following the instructions when unpacking.
- Normal wear and tear, including any dog-related use, washing-related wear, weathering, sun-damage or corrosion.
- Damages due to use by pets (e.g., chewing, bites, rips, burns, excessive scratching, stains, or moisture/liquid damage).
- Damage from improper weight placement on the crate.
- Scars, marks and colour that are characteristics of natural materials;
- Damage caused by spills such as acid, solvents, dyes or other corrosive materials, ink, paint, or bodily flui
- Commercial use damage, such as use in hotels or stores.

Upon receiving your Koozi Side Table Crate, or, after assembling it, please inspect it carefully.

We’ll evaluate and address the issue with either a replacement or repair.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on the Side Table Crate for change of mind, as it is a large furniture item and cannot easily be returned to us once shipped.
Before purchasing, please ensure the crate meets your dog’s size and that you have adequate space in your home to fit it.

Coverage
Koozi Pets offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
Koozi Pets is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions.
We will replace the faulty item upon inspection of the warranty claim.
Upon receiving your bed or sofa topper items, please inspect them carefully.

- Detailed description of the issue
- Your order number
- Your contact details
We’ll evaluate and address the issue with either a replacement or a repair.
Warranty Exclusion

- Damage caused by rough handling, including but not limited to: bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, or moisture/liquid damage.
- Damage from commercial use (e.g., in hotels or stores).
- Damage from using the bed or covers on non-Koozi Pets beds or toppers, which may result in stretching or ill-fitting covers.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear due to washing or regular use.
- Damage caused by rough handling, including but not limited to: bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, or moisture/liquid damage.
- Damage from commercial use (e.g., in hotels or stores).
- Damage from using the bed or covers on non-Koozi Pets beds or toppers, which may result in stretching or ill-fitting covers.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must meet the following:
- - Beds and sofa toppers must remain sealed in their vacuum packaging
- - In brand-new, re-sellable condition
- - In original packaging and boxes
- - With all parts and accessories included
Unopened & Unused Items
If your item meets the above criteria and is unopened and unused, it can be returned:
- Within 7 days of delivery
- For a full refund or exchange
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Opened Items
We cannot accept returns for beds or sofa toppers once the vacuum seal has been opened, due to hygiene and resale restrictions.
Fees & Refund Process
- - A 15% fee applies to cover original freight, transaction and return-handling costs, and will be deducted from change-of-mind refunds.
- - Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected
- - You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed

Warranty is offered for manufacturing defects including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by the customer or by dog use, such as excessive scratching, biting, accidents, chewing, or other use.
For warranty issues, please contact us within 48 hours of opening the bed at hello@koozipets.com.au, including images of the defective or damaged item.
Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may void your exchange or refund.
