Simply click the "Add to Cart" button on any product you'd like to purchase. When you're ready to complete your order, click the cart icon in the top right corner of your screen, review your items, and follow the checkout prompts to finalise your purchase.

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchased items, delivery costs, and shipping address. Please check your junk folder as well, as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there.
Within 2 business days, you will receive a separate email outlining the delivery process and any relevant lead times.

No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please do not use a PO Box address at checkout.

We ship from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.

For standard delivery, we can leave your package in a safe spot if you're not home.
For larger furniture items, like our Side Table Dog Crate, the courier will coordinate with you to arrange re-delivery at the next available date if no one is home.
Warranty & Returns

Yes we offer warranty for manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover improper use, damage caused by your dog, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

All Koozi products undergo quality control. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you. To benefit from this policy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.

- "Warranty/Product Issue Enquiry" in the subject line
- Include your order number.
- Attach photos or videos showing the damage or fault
- A detailed description.
We'll respond within one business day to guide you through the process and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Beds and Sofa Toppers: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
