No assembly is required. Once you unbox your dog's new Flat Bed, it will expand.
Your dog can use it immediately. but it will take up to 24 hours for the mattress to completely expand.

Caring for your Flat Bed is simple!
- Boucle Cover: The zip-off cover can be easily removed and machine-washed on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. For best results, lay flat to dry.
- Waterproof Liner: Wipe down the waterproof liner with a spray or soapy water for easy cleaning.
- Foam Core: If you need to clean the foam, wipe it down with warm, soapy water. Allow it to dry completely in a dry place to ensure all moisture is removed before reassembling the bed.
By following these care instructions, you can keep your Bed looking and feeling fresh!

For Unopened & Unused Items Only
Unopened and unused beds can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure you have not cut the vacuum seal. To check the size, carefully open the box and unroll the vacuum-sealed item without breaking the seal. If it’s not the right fit, re-roll the item, place it back in the box, and return it.You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
Please be aware that opened beds (i.e., those with a cut vacuum seal) cannot be returned or exchanged due to handling difficulties and hygiene.

Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by dog use, such as excessive scratching, biting, accidents, chewing, or other use.
For warranty issues, please contact us within 48 hours of opening the bed at hello@koozipets.com.au, including images of the defective or damaged item. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may void your exchange or refund.

We love the Koozi flat bed! Daisy is usually fussy but this one is a fave, for curling up at night, or stretching out in the sunshine. Oatmeal linen not only looks great in our home but is also super easy to keep clean/wash, and the addition of the protective interior cover is fabulous (just in case).

Our dog is a medium breed, but we decided to size up to the Large flat bed for extra room to stretch out in our living room. I was worried it might be too big, but after checking the dimensions, it turned out to be the perfect fit downstairs. We also got the Medium size for upstairs, and while he has plenty of space on both, the Medium fits better next to our bed. Plus, the boucle covers look beautiful and give the space a really cosy feel!

Fantastic bed, our Roger loves it! Very well made. The quality of the covers exceeded my expectations. I love that it’s made from natural materials, it feels breathable and the dog's hair doesn’t stick to it as much and he constantly sheds! It's maintaining its look very well.
