For Unopened & Unused Items Only
Unopened and unused beds can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure you have not cut the vacuum seal. To check the size, carefully open the box and unroll the vacuum-sealed item without breaking the seal. If it’s not the right fit, re-roll the item, place it back in the box, and return it.
You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
Please be aware that opened beds (i.e., those with a cut vacuum seal) cannot be returned or exchanged due to handling difficulties and hygiene concerns.
We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by dog use, such as excessive scratching, biting, accidents, chewing, or other use.
For warranty issues, please contact us within 48 hours of opening the bed at hello@koozipets.com.au, including images of the defective or damaged item. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may void your exchange or refund.
