Bed Covers and Sofa Topper covers: Machine wash on low-temperature gentle cycle. Line dry
Waterproof liners: Hand-wash with warm soapy water. Line dry.
Marble Bowl Set: Hand-wash with warm soapy water. Be careful with handling when washing, as this is a delicate item made from natural marble.
Mattress Foam: Spot clean
The Side Table Crate: Mild multi-purpose spray and wipe. -

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The warranty covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.Please read more here

Side Table Crate: It will be delivered to you flat-packed, and will require a 15 minute assembly.
Beds: Beds are compression packed for ease of delivery to you. Simply unbox the bed, and it will expand. no need for assembly.
Sofa Topper: They also are delivered to you in a compression pack. Simply unseal the packaging and it will expand. -
Our products are designed for durability, but they're not made to endure heavy chewing or destructive behaviour. Damage caused from faulty use or from dog behaviour, falls outside of our warranty coverage.
To help prolong the life of your product, we recommend supervising your dog during initial use. If you're concerned about chewing, we offer helpful tips on the product page, including suggestions for using anti-chew sprays, natural lemon and other preventative measures.
