No assembly is required. Once you unbox your dog's new Cloud Bed, it will expand.
Your dog can use it immediately. but it will take up to 24 hours for the mattress to completely expand.

Caring for your Cloud Dog Bed is simple!
- Boucle Cover: The zip-off cover can be easily removed and machine-washed on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. For best results, lay flat to dry. Remember to remove the memory foam bolster using the internal zipper.
- Waterproof Liner: Wipe down the waterproof liner with a spray or soapy water for easy cleaning.
- Foam Core: If you need to clean the foam, wipe it down with warm, soapy water. Allow it to dry completely in a dry place to ensure all moisture is removed before reassembling the bed.
By following these care instructions, you can keep your Cloud Dog Bed looking and feeling fresh!

For Unopened & Unused Items Only
Unopened and unused beds can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure you have not cut the vacuum seal. To check the size, carefully open the box and unroll the vacuum-sealed item without breaking the seal. If it’s not the right fit, re-roll the item, place it back in the box, and return it.You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
Please be aware that opened beds (i.e., those with a cut vacuum seal) cannot be returned or exchanged due to handling difficulties and hygiene.

Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by dog use, such as excessive scratching, biting, accidents, chewing, or other use.
For warranty issues, please contact us within 48 hours of opening the bed at hello@koozipets.com.au, including images of the defective or damaged item. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may void your exchange or refund.
