No assembly is required. Once you unbox your dog's new bed, it will begin to expand. Your dog can use it immediately, but it may take a few hours, and up to 24 hours for the mattress to completely expand.

Returns and Exchanges
For Unopened & Unused Items Only
Unopened and unused beds can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure you have not cut the vacuum seal. To check the size, carefully open the box and unroll the vacuum-sealed item without breaking the seal. If it’s not the right fit, re-roll the item, place it back in the box, and return it.You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
Please be aware that opened beds (i.e., those with a cut vacuum seal) cannot be returned or exchanged due to shipping handling being too difficult with the bulky size and hygiene concerns.Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by dog use, such as excessive scratching, biting, accidents, chewing, or other use.
For warranty issues, please contact us within 48 hours of opening the bed at hello@koozipets.com.au, including images of the defective or damaged item. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may void your exchange or refund.

Love the boucle bed! Luna our frenchy loves curling up on it next to our sofa, and it matches our cushions! Priced well, feels sturdy yet soft enough for our little girl.

Our dog is a medium breed, but we decided to size up to the Large flat bed for extra room to stretch out in our living room. I was worried it might be too big, but after checking the dimensions, it turned out to be the perfect fit downstairs. We also got the Medium size for upstairs, and while he has plenty of space on both, the Medium fits better next to our bed. Plus, the boucle covers look beautiful and give the space a really cosy feel!

I love the fabric its very chic and much better than all the teddy fluffy type ones that have thread falling apart. I like the weight of the bed and so does our dog, it's soft enough for him to get comfy and falls asleep quickly every time he jumps on.
