The Sofa Topper is delivered vacuum sealed and compression packed for safety during transport.
To unpack it, simply cut open the plastic vacuum seal package, taking care not to cut into the fabric of the topper.
Once you’ve unsealed it, allow the topper a moment to expand back to its original shape and fluffiness.
After it has expanded, give it a gentle shake, then drape it over your desired furniture for a stylish and protective finish!

For Unopened & Unused Items Only
Unopened and unused Sofa Toppers can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure you have not cut the vacuum seal. To check the size, carefully open the box and unroll the vacuum-sealed item without breaking the seal. If it’s not the right fit, re-roll the item, place it back in the box, and return it.You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
Please be aware that opened Sofa Toppers (i.e., those with a cut vacuum seal) cannot be returned or exchanged due to handling difficulties and hygiene concerns.Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by dog use, such as excessive scratching, biting, accidents, chewing, or other use.
For warranty issues, please contact us within 48 hours of opening the bed at hello@koozipets.com.au, including images of the defective or damaged item.
Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may void your exchange or refund.
