The Sofa Topper is delivered vacuum sealed and compression packed for safety during transport.
To unpack it, simply cut open the plastic vacuum seal package, taking care not to cut into the fabric of the topper.
Once you’ve unsealed it, allow the topper a moment to expand back to its original shape and fluffiness.
After it has expanded, give it a gentle shake, then drape it over your desired furniture for a stylish and protective finish!

Returns
For Unopened & Unused Items Only
Unopened and unused Sofa Toppers can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, minus admin and transaction fees. Please ensure you have not cut the vacuum seal - this includes cutting it to roll it out. Once unsealed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.To return, ensure the sofa topper fits back inside the original box. Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, cleanring or damage caused by human or dog use, such as excessive scratching, biting, accidents, chewing, or other use.
For warranty issues, please contact us within 24 hours of opening the bed at hello@koozipets.com.au, including images of the defective or damaged item.
Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may void your exchange or refund.
