Instead of a chin rest bolster all the way around, the Cloud Bed's bolster wraps around 3/4 of the bed. This provides extra flat bed space for your dog to stretch out comfortably, and its also easier for smaller dogs or older dogs to get on and off - no need to strain their bodies climbing over a bolster.
We've also made the bolster softer, delivering a more gentle chin-rest support for dogs to rest their head. -

- Linen Cover: The zip-off cover can be easily removed and machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. For best results, lay flat to dry. Remember to remove the memory foam bolster using the internal zipper.
- Waterproof Liner: Wipe down the waterproof liner with a spray or soapy water for easy cleaning.
- Foam Core: If you need to clean the foam, wipe it down with warm, soapy water. Allow it to dry completely in a dry place to ensure all moisture is removed before reassembling the bed.

The bed accommodates all dog breeds, from extra small to large, particularly if they prefer a softer feel rather than a firm hard feel. The mattress is specifically designed with softer memory foam and a lower-profile construction to cater to the comfort needs of small to medium breeds.

Returns and Exchanges
For Unopened & Unused Items Only
Unopened and unused beds can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure you have not cut the vacuum seal. To check the size, carefully open the box and unroll the vacuum-sealed item without breaking the seal. If it’s not the right fit, re-roll the item, place it back in the box, and return it.You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
Please be aware that opened beds (i.e., those with a cut vacuum seal) cannot be returned or exchanged due to handling difficulties and hygiene concerns.Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by dog use, such as excessive scratching, biting, accidents, chewing, or other use.
For warranty issues, please contact us within 48 hours of opening the bed at hello@koozipets.com.au, including images of the defective or damaged item. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may void your exchange or refund.

No assembly is required. Once you unbox your dog's new Cloud Bed, it will expand. Your dog can use it immediately. but it will take up to 24 hours for the mattress to completely expand.
